Lets just remove dead code just like we removed the bogus empty kaffe
directories. Some more dead-code that can be removed can be found in
this patch which was only partly committed since I didn't have time to
also test the acinclude.m4 changes.

It would clean up out build system, prevent people from fixing dead code
and it seems to confuse people who think we allow runtime specific code
in our tree.
