Summary: inetlib handler classes have wrong names
Original Submission: The classes in the inetlib protocol handler packages
don't have the names expected by the classpath core code.
E.g., where inetlib has NNTPConnection, Classpath
expects just "Connection".
Until this change is made, inetlib classes can't be used
directly by classpath as protocol handlers.
