Its not really official yet. The snapshots are available on Patrick
Reali's host. The plan is to move the build system to an official host
then uploads the snapshot to a GNU/FSF server to save Patrick's
personal bandwidth.
If Mark and Patrick agree and I can announce it as official with full
paths and all.
