Summary:  EventListenerList.getListenerCount should accept null argument

Original Submission:  javax.swing.eve
nt.EventListenerList.getListenerCount(java.lang.Class) throws a
NullPointerException when passed a null argument. On Sun J2SE 1.4.1_01,
it returns 0 when passed null. Test case checked into Mauve.
