patch correctly.

The actual changes you made were small enough that I committed a similar patch 
to CVS in your name.  (My modifications: use a temp variable to avoid repeated 
array access in Runtime(), and don't skip runFinalization() on the first call 
to exit).  But you are now getting to the point where you will need to sign the 
copyright papers for Classpath.  Thanks for the contributions!
