[cp-patches] FYI: Set default to DefaultMetalTheme

Hi,

I set the default Metal theme back to DefaultMetalTheme (the JDK1.4ish
L&F). The reason is that the OceanTheme is too incomplete and looks very
inconsistent. I suggest the the Swing/Metal developers try the OceanTheme
to make sure they actually picked the correct colors for borders etc.
(However, the color defaults in MetalLookAndFeel are correct, so these
don't need touching).

I suggest switching back to OceanTheme, as soon as we have it complete,
with shiny gradients etc.
