[cp-patches] FYI: Added and fixed more color defaults in MetalLookAndFeel

I added the remaining color defaults to the metal l&f. If there is still
inconsistent colors then there must be something wrong with the
ComponentUI implementation. Such failures can more easily spotted when
trying different themes (Default vs Ocean theme).

I also fixed and added the defaults to the MetalLookAndFeel Mauve tests,
which are really a great resource for looking up the default values.
