[cp-patches] FYI: Implemeted Ocean theme

I implemented most of the new Ocean theme and made it the default theme
for metal. Not only is it nice, it also helps to show some problems in the
Metal implementation, e.g. where components have fixed default colors,
where one of the colors defined in themes should be used etc.

        New class. Implements the ocean theme for Metal.
        * javax/swing/plaf/metal/MetalLookAndFeel.java
        (createDefaultTheme): Made Ocean the default theme as in JDK1.5.
