[cp-patches] RFC:Classpath web page:the new task in the task list.

Despite of some rather pessimistic thinkings, people did contacted our group 
in the past, saying they would like to contribute with CORBA implementation. 
Hence I suggest to add the attached task to the Classpath task list.

If somebody more socially competent knows how to make this to sound more 
attractive, let me known.
