[chmspec-devel] clue to role of chm initial header unknown |

Hi all,
I'm having a hack at chmtests this afternoon, and I noticed that all
the .chw files I have found have the value 0 at position 0xC (in the
initial header), instead of the value 1 (as specified by
chmformat.html).
All the chw files I've looked at don't have any compression, so I'm
thinking that this unknown represents the maximum section number. Any
other thoughts? It makes sense considering the QWORDs that follow the
initial header.
chmtests depends on Jed's chmlib. I've committed it to the chmspec CVS:
http://savannah.nongnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/chmspec/chmtests/
cvs -z3 -d:ext:address@hidden:/cvsroot/chmspec co chmtests
