Thank you, Andrei.
I noticed matlab.setup calls some tools that are likely to be available
on Unix systems only. Maybe is should handle Windows systems more
gracefully or provide a way for Windows users to install the egg.
Alternatively, just add a bold note in the docs indicating that it is
not compatible with Windows systems.
