[Chicken-users] Upcoming Scheme Steering Committee Election

Hi all,

  I want to make sure that everyone on this list is aware that there
will be an election to elect a new Scheme Steering Committee, which is
responsible for creation of new Scheme standards.

  The document that describes the election process can be found at

The list of nominees so far can be found at
<http://www.r6rs.org/steering-committee/election/nominees.html>.  The
voter registration period and the nomination period both close this
coming Monday.
