Hi everyone,
I had an e-mail conversation with Sven Hartrumpf and Nils M Holm
about the TK eggs and their licensing status. I got the following
declaration by Sven Hartrumpf about Scheme_wish:

No, BSDL would be fine.

You are welcome! Unfortunately, I had only one project which used
scheme_wish. Therefore there was not much progress after the initial
release of scheme_wish.
Ciao

This clears up the usage of scheme_wish; it can be used under BSD
license. However, I never got a reply from Wolf-Dieter Busch
so the license status of Tk is a little unclear (and PS-tk is built
on it). According to Nils Holm, the Bremer Licenz is equivalent to
the BSD license, except without a disclaimer because this is not allowed
by German law(?), but he's no lawyer and neither am I, so anyone who
wants to be absolutely in the clear about the use of PS-tk should
probably try to contact Wolf-Dieter himself.
Cheers,
Peter
