Hi!

Current state of affairs, egg wise:

- All eggs have been updated to the new SRFI-69 hash-table API,
  some may have slipped through, so if there are any problems,
  please report them to me.

- utf8 should now work properly (case-map), thanks to Kon Lovett for
  investigating this and Alex to fix it

- simple-macros: updated to 2.1 (the newest version by Andre van Tonder),
  features `require-module', ìmport-primitives' and better interaction with
  ",x"

- iconv: should now work on Mac OS X

- update-egg is gone. Don't use it. I find it hard enough to keep track
  of changes as it already is. Please send updates directly to me.
