RE: [Chicken-users] minGW and chicken

The mingw/ directory is not needed anymore (since MSYS is a good Cygwin
replacement), and Thomas C. is correct in saying that just excluding posix
or making a posix stub should fix the problem.  I will make the posix stub
(until posixwin is ready) and test it out today.
