Hello,

I've made a pre-release of the html format of the library at:
http://www.upl.cs.wisc.edu/~psilord/manual/index.html

I'm still twiddling things and checking out the generation method, so things
aren't fully done yet. However, I think it is worth all of you commenting on
it.

Please check it out and give some feedback on it.

If it passes the laugh test, then I'll finish my tweaking and commit
all of the changes. I'll write up a document explaining the various
translation methods and how to build all of them and what tools you need
and where to get them to do it.

P.P.S. Uh, ignore that little math equation just after the contents
and the license.... :) It was some testing code I was doing to the
generation method and I forgot to remove it.
