 Some eggs are being compiled with -O2.  Maybe their runtime performance
 can be improved by compiling them with -O3.  Here's an initial list of the
 ones I observed being compiled with -O2:

 * matchable
 * memory-mapped-files
 * posix-groups
 * sendfile
 * simple-md5
 * simple-sha1
 * srfi-18
 * uri-common
