 stalin's test [http://tests.call-cc.org/master/linux/x86/2013/08/18
 /salmonella-report/test/stalin.htmlz currently fails] because the
 {{{chicken-stalin}}} program, called from {{{tests/run.scm}}} cannot be
 found.
