 Otavio Salvado reported that compiling for the target wants to link with
 "lib<PROGRAM_PREFIX>chicken<PROGRAM_SUFFIX>", which is not fully correct,
 since the target library is for a different installation.

 This can be overridden with TARGET_LIB_NAME during installation, but
 should perhaps by default be "libchicken".
