chicken-setup -t (to run testsuites) fails if the testing code (testbase
or whatnot) does not exist on the system. the best way to handle this is
up for grabs. should we add a line in the meta that says which test
system is used, should this go into the .setup file, what? it should, in
my opinion, download the correct test egg (if not already present) before
trying to run the tests.
