 mailing the relevant lists.  this has the unfortunate side effect that
 multiple bug reports in the same dir clobber each other, and for clueless
 people like me, none of them arrive.  if it would be useful/desirable to
 make chicken-bug automatically send the report as well, i would be happy
 to add this.

 Code is always welcome. Note that chicken-bug can not use any eggs and
 should not use external tools. Ideally, a SMTP message is sent directly
 over TCP to make this work on windoze.
