 procedure: (array [PROTOTYPE] SHAPE/DIMENSIONS [ELEMENT ...])

 Creates and returns an array of type prototype with supplied
 *dimensionaity* and filled with the elements.


 word in asterisks should be spelled dimensionality.

 I would fix this myself, but my svn checkout does not have the array-lib
 egg in it... any way for me to get that?
