[Chicken-hackers] [PATCH] Rename (chicken lolevel) to (chicken memory representation)

Hi all,

Another reasonably straightforward patch.

I'm not sure what to do with the ##sys#slot, ##sys#setslot and
##sys#setislot yet.  We could move it to chicken.memory.representation
but I'm not sure that will provide much of a win yet, because then we'd
need to duplicate all the code that specialises these for the new name
as well, and we can't get rid of the old one anyway because library.scm
uses these extensively.  So this patch doesn't do anything with those.
