The 'gcvt' function has now been added to musl, and using the very latest musl
from git, I was able to successfully complete compiling Chicken with musl:

(By the way, I don't remember if I mentioned this before, but this compile was
done against the Chicken in git, not against Chicken version 4.7.0.)
Now on to try to get Chicken to statically link against musl. Any suggestions
on how to do that?
