#427: Teach chicken-setup to sudo when installing

Comment (by iraikov):
Running sudo from within chicken-setup is also a potential security
vulnerability. This "running root by default" reminds of Windows and it is
a terrible practice. I strongly object to having such functionality in
chicken-setup. Besides, the prudent sysadmin will be far more likely to
run chicken-setup on a test machine, and create an image that can be
deployed to the production systems.
