In order to keep track of all the patches and avoid them falling
through the cracks, I suggest that we start using Savannah's Patch
Manager:

https://savannah.gnu.org/patch/?group=cfengine

So the couple of guys that have been bombarding 'bug-cfengine' could
submit patches there instead, and once we define who/what/how the
patches will be applied we can go and take them from there.

If somebody new sends a patch to the mailing list any of us could take
it an put it in the patch manager so it doesn't get lost. I expect
that all of the "regulars" will do it by themselves.

This of course will require an announcement from Mark to the mailing
lists, the Patch Manager is ready to be used at the URL posted above,
if you want to create "categories" for patches tell me and I can set
them up. I configured it to send email to bug-cfengine when a new
patch is submitted.

I understand, but I think this would be a little difficult, we have
people in Norway, England, USA and Netherlands.

Any ideas how we could get all together?
