  * Updated syntax to make Performance and Process names URIs.
  * Added the start of a channels module for Control channels, such as r,e,t
  * Added a clocks module for creating parameterised clocks, over Performances 
and Proce
sses.
  * Added a Constructs module, for the moment this only contains wire.
  * Added the beginnings of a Composite Process semantics, Sequence Schedulers 
defined.
  * Added data-types for representing a SOAP Atomic Process Grounding.
