Sir,

     In case of bootstrap.cloning the specl,the server timed out,I have been trying this every couple hrs for about 10 hrs,it timed out every time.

After running make for the first time I got the following as the output

Then I installed stdlib using (luarocks install stdlib)

Again on running make I got the output I had sent you initially

configure script ran fine,but on running make I got the absence of std.io files...

Again, what was the problem?

Please can you show commands and output/errors for both these problems?
