    refactor: redisplay only when there's no typeahead buffered.

    * src/main.c (main): don't redisplay after every key command.
    * src/getkey.c (getkey): do redisplay if there are no keys left
    in the typeahead buffer.
    * src/minibuf.c (minibuf_vwrite): don't redisplay existing
    minibuf contents repeatedly.

introduced a bug where if you type e.g. "M-x goto-line 4 RET" the
minibuffer still shows "Goto line: 4".

Could you possibly fix it please? I need to make a new release anyway
because of a crash bug on out-of-range goto-char which I just fixed,
revealing this one!
