libisofs just produces the data of the ISO 9660 filesystem.
These data may become the content of a track on an optical medium.
A "bad" track would either have to be a neighbor of the ISO 9660
track, or you would have to put the ISO filesystem data into a
"bad" track, which only your software can read.
The latter is more or less equivalent to data encryption.
A "bad" track would be some kind of hardware encryption,
whereas encrypted data in the ISO would be similar to what
the video industry does.
