They won't: the maintainers of those lists have always had access
to www web page repository, because they must update GNU package
lists on www.gnu.org after every change.

And now those of you interested in this info can occasionally update
the rec file in www: whenever you want a change, please file
a request to maintainers@ or address@hidden
By the way, the main reason behind the migration was that
maintainers@ systematically failed to install requested fixes
in any reasonable time. GNU webmasters are much more responsive.
