[bug-womb] GNU package lists move from womb to www

Hello,

To reduce maintenance burden, we decided to move GNU package lists
maintained in the 'gnumaint' module of womb CVS repository
to www web pages repository.

These files were previously checked out like

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:address@hidden:/sources/womb \
  co gnumaint

After the migration, the command is going to look like

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:address@hidden:/web/www \
  co www/prep/gnumaint

(You'll also will be able to download the latest revisions
of the files from https://www.gnu.org/prep/gnumaint/.)

After moving file, we'll remove them from their previous
repository and add a README directing to the new location.

The tentative time of migration is 2019-05-05.
