Hi Charles,

the development currently is at GNU Wget2 (+libwget) on
https://gitlab.com/gnuwget/wget2.

First step would be to fork the repo, clone it locally and succeed to
build Wget2 and run the tests.

You are free to choose anything from the bug tracker to work on, ask
questions if something is unclear. If you have something special in
mind, open an issue for it, so we now you are working on it - also we
use issues to discuss details and answer questions.

You can talk to us maintainers live at GHM 2019 (next week,
https://www.gnu.org/ghm/2019/).
