[bug-unrtf] unrtf 0.20.2 patches

Hello everybody,

the two maintainers of unrtf received an email quite similar to this one
four weeks ago.  Because they did not reply, and there seems to be zero
activity on the Savannah unrtf project, I'm sending this to this list.

A few months ago I started to test unrtf, beginning with the version
used by the Debian project (0.19.3-1.1), and later with the latest
version available on ftp.gnu.org, 0.20.2.

To my surprise, I found that 0.20.2 was in some parts worse than
0.19.3-1.1, and started debugging.  Attached please find the results,
two patches for the two most important bugs.   I've found some more
bugs, but haven't patched them, so far.

Feedback in any way is welcome.
