info should be a self-contained system, not reliant on man.

Moreover, the info man page is automatically generated so it may not
be easy to add extra text in there.

When you run "info info", there is a message on the bottom line

> Welcome to Info version 6.8dev.  Type H for help, h for tutorial.

Also in the displayed Top node, it says

> This documentation describes the stand-alone Info reader which you can
> use to read Info documentation.
> 
>    If you are new to the Info reader, then you can get started by typing

Pressing H leads to the following help being displayed:

> PgDn        Scroll forward one screenful.

>

> l           Go back to the last node seen in this window.

Can you explain why this is insufficient?  What is missing?
What is unnecessary?  What is in the wrong place?
