Re: texinfo to docbook conversion - @r{} is not <lineannotation>

So, what do we do?  I see 3 possibilities
* keep things as is
* use <lineannotation> only in preformatted environements (@example...),
  no element otherwise
* never use <lineannotation>, @r becomes a no-op in DocBook.

What looks best?
