Thanks. In texinfo-4.12.94, it is mostly fixed indeed. One problem still:
Wrong cursor positioning.
To reproduce: Use 'info' from texinfo-4.12.94 on Linux/x86.
standards.info is as attached. (I truncated it, to reduce the size.)
I wanted to search for "/lib" in it.
$ bunzip2 standards.info.bz2
$ info -f ./standards.info
Type: Ctrl-S / l i b
Result: as in the attached xterm screenshot. The cursor is positioned at the
start at the line, rather than at the beginning of the match.
