bug in texinfo.tex (\printedsomething)

Hi Karl,
        texinfo.tex contains:

    % Space below caption, if we printed anything.
    \ifx\printedsomething\empty \else \vskip\parskip \fi

and \printedsomething doesn't occur anywhere else.
I suggest that you delete this line of code...
