[Bug-tar] tar internal error in archive_read_data _skip

I found a file which makes bdstar crash (abort trap)
when run with the following command line:
bsdtar tf file.tar

I get the following error:
INTERNAL ERROR: Function 'archive_read_data_skip'
invoked with archive structure in state 'header', should 
be in state 'data'

file file.tar
--> file.tar: xar archive - version 1

bsdtar --version
--> bsdtar 2.8.3 - libarchive 2.8.3

Run on Mac OS X 10.8.3

I can send the file if needed.
