Subject: bug#28666: sed 4.2.2 testsuite binary3 test never returns on powerpc64-unknown-linux-gnu

System is a Debian 8.8 powerpc64 type system on a PowerMac G5 and the
test phase of sed 4.2.2 becomes "wedged" in test binary3 with 100% cpu
usage on a single core. Waited for 2 hours however it never returns.

Is there a way to run this as a single isolated test?

I see this ....

Waited and waited. Never returns.
