[bug-recutils] Errors in documentation

Various options are missing from the documentation.  Here is a list:

  recinf: -S
  recsel: -i, --case-insensitive
  recins: --force
  recdel: -i, --case-insensitive
  recfix: --force (I don't know what's the use of this option)

Several error are found simultaneously both in man pages and --help
outputs:

  recsel: Written "-R, --random=NUM", but should be "-m, --random=NUM"
  recins: Written "-R, --random=NUM", but should be "-m, --random=NUM"
  recdel: Written "-R, --random=NUM", but should be "-m, --random=NUM"
  recfix: There shouldn't be "-t, --type=TYPE" option
