Patch also assumes that hunks with less prefix than suffix contect must match
at the beginning of a file. I don't think this assumption is justified,
especilly since no amount of fuzz will help. (We've been shipping a version
of patch with this assumption removed in SUSE for over a year now.)
This is a significant change though, so please speak up if you disagree!
