i was trying to add a partition to my usb because i only had one 
(bootable) with ubuntu so i wanted to add another compatible with 
windows... so in order to do that i had to resize the old partition and 
then create a new one, but it resized the first to 1 gig (my usb is 4 
gigas) and didn't created the new one and now and not able to see more 
than a giga so i tried to format again and this is the error
i got with gnome-format and gparted
