Rod Smith of gdisk noted that as well. He's not sure if it's a real
issue or just related to the way I created the virtual disk for testing.
(I used a sparse file to back a virtual IDE disk in a qemu-kvm VM.) He
asked me to test with a physical disk.
I can't personally test with a physical disk until next week, though I
asked Darik Horn (of the original address@hidden post) if he
had a physical disk he could test.
Either way, I'll report back the results of any testing.
