Hi,

I found a bug and parted ask me to report it. I don't know if it can
help you fixing the bug, but I add the lilo and fdisk output.

-------
$ sudo parted
(...)
Using /dev/hda
(parted) print
You found a bug in GNU Parted. Please email a bug report to
address@hidden containing the version (1.6.21), and the following
message:

Assertion (metadata_length > 0) at ../../libparted/disk_dos.c:1935 in function
add_logical_part_metadata() failed.
Ignore/Cancel?
-------
$ sudo lilo
Warning: The boot sector and map file are on different disks.
