Hi,

While trying out qtparted I think I got some errors from libparted. They asked
me to mail them, so here we go.
I am using debian sarge (testing). QTparted was packaged for sid, I used them
on testing though. libparted version is the same on
testing and sid at this moment. I installed qtparted_0.3.1-1_i386.deb from
qtparted.sf.net

While running qtparted I got:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
seesink:/home/remco# qtparted
Warning: Unable to align partition properly. This probably means that another
partitioning tool generated an incorrect partition table, because it didn't
have the correct BIOS geometry. It is safe to ignore, but ignoring may cause
(fixable) problems with some boot loaders.

However, running parted did not give me any errors. I included this print for
the partion layout:

Using /dev/hda

Ignore/Cancel? I

I did not try any operation on my harddrive.

Cheers,
Remco.
