Ok, so it looks like it's not finding the reiserfs library.

Did you run "make install" on progsreiserfs?

If progsreiserfs was installed into one of standard places (--prefix=/usr), then after make install, ldconfig is needed only. But if it was installed into /usr/local (by default), /etc/ld.so.conf or LD_LIBRARY_PATH is need to be updated. Of course ldconfig is needed too.
