Parted EFI stuff

Hi Matt,

msw told me about the new version:

Is this basically ready to enter Parted?

Comments:
* can we get rid of this {Read,Write}LBA stuff from disk_gpt.c?
It's being handled by lower-level stuff now (in device.c), so
we can just use ped_device_*, right?

* endianess.  I just added 64 bit macros... I'll upload a new
version soonish

* printf("This is not an EFI GPT disk.  Try using fdisk.\n");
!!! s/fdisk/vanilla msdos partition tables/
BTW, do you intend to keep PrintDiskInfo() in there?  I guess
it will be useful for debugging.

* I really do like print_disk_info() better!

* please use ped_free()
