I have tested. It is reachable from DK, AT, NZ, SG, AU, and VN, and I
have not found a country it was not available from.

It works on Ubuntu 20.04. I think you need to follow:
https://www.gnu.org/software/parallel/man.html#reporting-bugs (the
part about VirtualBox) so it is possible for me to reproduce the
issue.
