My current version crashes too when used with OpenMotif.

The bug seems to go away by fixing one line :
in file src/io-motif.c, near the beginning of function 
MotifCreatePrintDialog() - at line 2024 in my current
version.

The call to MotifSelectGlobal() should use the parameter s,
not w.
